This Katana was hand-forged&folded by traditional way, Full Tang, It was folded 10 times. Tsuka was covered by real ray-skin, the tsuka-ito(handle-wrap) using red cotton.
The katana is full functional Japanese sword, we sharpened it by full handwork, it is extremely sharpness. The blade was folded using 1050 carbon steel, it is suitable for medium cutting.
